Convergenette’s Commentary

There have been a few changes in the NCYC09 office recently. We have three new staff members:

• Amy who is an intern working 1 day with the Registration & Allocation and the 12-15 Program team, 1 days at Templestowe Uniting with their youth.
• Talaheu (or Tee) who is working 3 days in the NCYC office on the 2nd Gen, Overseas Delegates and Indigenous Support teams as well as assisting with Copyright and ABBBQ. On top of that Tee is also working for her own congregation in Canterbury.
• Sam who is our new Communications Officer (part time) and will be working with teams to ensure communication within and coming from NCYC09 goes smoothly.

We have new t-shirts (version 2, white). There’s a photos below of some of the staff looking at the new design.

We’ve also got an amazing new promo dvd that will be doing the rounds over the next month or so … stay tuned for your chance to see one or contact us to get your own copy.

At the end of last week we sent out a huge mailing across Australia with some very exciting information included in that. There are posters, registration forms, details about speakers and bands and more. Beg, borrow or steal those things from your minister or Church Council secretary and be up to date on all the latest NCYC09 news.

Oh and I dyed my hair blonde to raise money for Leukemia… bring on the blonde jokes!
