Hey, is this podcast file really 300MB?? Could you guys post something a little more “monthly-download-quota” friendly?? Cheers.

hey Andrew - totally. Both Russ and I have been minus internet access at home for almost two months, so even though we want to put up different size options, flash video, etc etc, we can’t! (Same goes for things on the Downloads page).
So thanks for being patient - in the meantime, spare a thought for the poor souls who are having internet withdrawals! It’s like Lent being enforced…
